Life is usually pretty busy for us all. We have priorities back to back. We jump from one thing to the next, hardly taking a breath.

But what would happen if you did take a breath?
What would happen if you actually took a step backwards, and created some space to let some good old fashioned magic into your life?

Now I am not talking the woowoo type of magic. I am talking about the magic that all our powerful brains are capable of when we use them effectively.

Often the magic our minds are capable of doesn't get utilized. What a crime!!

Essential Success Strategy: When to Say YES and How to Say No
May 29, 2015 07:50 PM PDT
itunes pic

Knowing when to say YES and when to say NO is not only essential to the Richard Branson's and Warren Buffet's of the world, but is HUGELY important for each and every one of us.

In this episode of The Happiness Class we not only look out how best to make the decisions for a YES or NO, but I talk about 'why' we might have a challenge saying 'No' and what to do about this.

In my experience, as much fun as the movie 'Yes Man' with Jim Carrey is, it is often the things we don't say 'No' too, that have the biggest impact on our lives. That is because for most of us, it is easier to say yes than to say no, especially to the personal stuff. We are more worried of upsetting the other person than protecting our precious time on this planet.

So this Happiness Class is a must for us all.
I hope you listen, understand the impact, and then APPLY it, as it will change the quality of your life.

Enjoy!
Cheers

5 Cool Success Tips from a Tony Robbins Seminar
May 19, 2015 08:44 PM PDT

Recently I headed across to Singapore (from Bali) to attend a Tony Robbins seminar called Total Success. The last time I had attended one of his events it was back in 2007 - so I was keen to check out what he had to say, and to be reminded of a bunch of things I already knew, but was not applying as effectively as possible.

So I have taken the Top 5 Tips and insights that stood out for me over the two days and am sharing them here with you, plus a bit of my spin and experience with them.

My favourite is that Success is 80% Psychology and 20% Mechanics. I love that! So true! And I tell you why, and what to do with this golden nugget.

So tune in to hear what one of the best success Coaches on the planet has to say about getting ahead or to the next level.

As always, if you have any questions for me, make sure you ask. Just duck across to http://carlmassy.com and drop me a message. I would love to hear from you.

Have an awesome day!!

Confidence: How to Have More
May 01, 2015 06:30 PM PDT
itunes pic

I have had a number of clients of late, doing one of my coaching programs (the 30-Day Happiness Challenge), that have told me that they want to have more confidence. Since I am a lover of thinking, I decided to direct my attention to figuring out more about confidence. What is confidence? Where does it come from? Is there something or anything that precedes it? Do you have it or not? Are you born with it or can it be taught?

So this weeks Happiness Class is all about understanding more about Confidence and what are the conditions that will create more Confidence for yourself. And what are your Beliefs; when it comes to Confidence.

You are going to love what I have found. Because there is hope for us all. Regardless of how we came into this world. You will also learn a four-letter word that is essential for successfully gaining more confidence.

So here's to building up our Confidence!
Have a great day.

Cheers
Carl

Acceptance is A Miracle Cure
April 23, 2015 11:38 PM PDT
itunes pic

Of late I have had a number of clients struggling with 'difficult people'; which is something we can all relate to I am sure. What I was aware of each time with them was that they were fighting with the REALITY of what this other person was showing up with. And as Byron Katie says, "When I argue with reality I lose, but only 100% of the time."

So step one for dealing with other people is to 'accept' that they are who they are and have probably been showing up the same way for the entire time you have known them. You are not accepting their 'behaviour', you are accepting that they are who they are and act a most probable way. Then you can do something about it - which I will share with you in my usual VERY PRACTICAL Happiness Class.

So pull up a seat and tune into The Happiness Class to learn how to use this miracle cure called 'Acceptance'. I guarantee what I share with you in this Class can completely change the (challenging) relationships in your life.

As always please share what you learn here. Share a link to The Happiness Class and share your thoughts, ideas, or questions with me on Facebook or by dropping me a personal message through my website: http://carlmassy.com

Have an awesome day too!

When Melting Down is Ok - and What To Do Next
April 19, 2015 07:17 PM PDT
itunes pic

This weeks Happiness Class was inspired by a number of Coaching clients who were trying so hard to keep it together. And in my opinion, maybe too hard. So I let them know that it is totally ok to melt down on the odd occasion. This is a great way to release and let go of 'stuff' that you may have built up in your mind and body.

Once you release, and get rid of the old (or the past), you open yourself up to new experiences, thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

Given my focus on practical tips, tools and strategies, I also talk about specific ways to get yourself back up on your feet after this meltdown. And for starters, you don't have to do it or figure it all out yourself.

So I hope you get some great insights or tools out of this weeks Happiness Class and remember if you have any questions or comments for me, head over to my Facebook Page, or my website at: http://carlmassy.com to connect or get some cool freebies.

Have an awesome day too.
Cheers
Carl
